These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services, offers, and contracts of DIMC SERVICES / DIMC TECHNOLOGIES AFRICA LTD (hereinafter referred to as "DIMC").---2. Subject of the Contract
After purchasing a product through the webshop, it is considered a non-binding reservation. Payments via the webshop serve as a reservation fee.---3. Payment Terms and PayPal
Payment is made exclusively via PayPal. A processing fee of €0 is charged for each payment made through the webshop.---4. Individual Offer and Contract Conclusion
Once payment is received, you will receive an individual offer including a draft contract and the conditions of DIMC’s service offering.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer and sign the contract.---5. Payment and Project Milestones
Payment for each project milestone is due before the start of that milestone and is to be made exclusively via PayPal.
The payment amount and due dates are specified in detail in the individual offer.
The milestones are structured as follows:- First Milestone: Payment is due after signing the contract and serves as confirmation of the assignment.- Second Milestone: Payment is due before the start of this milestone. The client has the option to cancel the service at this point. After the second milestone begins, payment becomes binding and non-refundable.- Third Milestone: Payment is due before this milestone begins and must be made via PayPal. This payment confirms the continuation of the project.- Fourth Milestone: Payment is due before this milestone begins and must be made via PayPal. With this payment, all services as per the individual offer are fully covered.---6. Service Cancellation
The client can cancel the service at any time before the start of the second milestone by not making the payment for that milestone.
After the second milestone has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.---7. Support and IT Services
For all products, customers receive 24-hour customer support via AI-powered chatbots.
Within a project, one year of free IT support is included. This can be extended for a monthly subscription fee , which is cancelable on a monthly basis.---8. Delivery Area
Product delivery is limited to EU territories. More precise details can be found in the individual offer.---9. Warranty and Guarantees
Warranty claims and guarantees for products are specified in the individual offer.---10. Retention of Title
